Recently, I came across a report that stated when the demands of life pile on, one of the first things to loose priority is working out.
That might seem reasonable at first when you weigh the priorities of raising children, earning an income, caring for aging parents, nurturing a relationship, engaging in your community, grocery shopping, cleaning the house, lawn care, and the list goes on.
What if working out was moved up the priority list?
- being stronger
- less stressed
- more energy
- more confident
- mentally sharper
would spill over to enhance EVERY other area of your life. Yet, for many, this is not their reality – not the choice they are making.
