Cauliflower Base

For Rice like texture:     Steam an entire head of cauliflower 10 – 12 minutes.   Place steamed cauliflower in food processor with S blade attachment.

Gradually add almond milk until desired texture is acquired.  Very little almond milk is required to achieve a rice like texture.

For Smooth – Mashed potato like texture:     Steam an entire head of cauliflower for 15-18 minutes.  Place steamed cauliflower in food processor with S blade attachment.

Gradually add almond milk until mixture is smooth and creamy.
